Unethical Business Practices - Diversified Collection Services Inc. (DCS)

Someone left an email about Diversified Collection Services (DCS) and asked if I knew anything about them. I did not until a little while ago, and I still do not know much more than what is presented below, I have gleaned information should you be reaping the wrath from (DCS). And I will continue to gather more information on (DCS).

From the comments I have read on the internet about (DCS), they are not representing an ethical approach for student loan repayment and modification terms. Know your rights as a consumer: The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA): (http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre27.pdf).

According to InsideArm.Com, U.S. Rep Barney Frank (D-Mass) H.R. 5794 Amend the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act has introduced new legislature on May 21, 2012 for exempting liability for loan collection agencies in regards to leaving voice mails. Maybe we should ask Dear Barney to get to the root of the debt collection malfunction, and finally fight for the American people and not fight for their special interests friends and their shareholders bottom lines. According to DiversifiedCollectionServicesWatch.Blogspot.Com, “John Colyandro, Jim Ellis, and Warren Robold were indicted, a California company was also charged, named "Diversified Collection Services Inc" of San Leandro. They were debt collectors for student loans in default. They were also a subsidiary part of "Performant Corporation." They in turn were supported by the private equity firm "Parthenon Capital.” Wonder if our Congress & Senate are in the same bed as Performant & Parthenon?
